Base and power

The base is the Rhodes Island Infrastructure Complex. “Power output” in search usually means drones from power plants, and that is the reading this page uses.
What is verified
Power plants can be built on B101–B103, B201–B203, and B301–B303, and you can run at most three. They produce one drone every six minutes, the same cadence as sanity. An assigned operator adds 5%.
After Control Center level 4, Fast Charge trades 1 sanity for 2 drones. The wiki treats that trade as optional.
What this page leaves out
Factory layouts and shift charts beyond that cap are on the wiki’s RIIC pages. I am not pasting a 2-5-2 diagram as if it were the only legal base.
